Meeting of the delegation from the Research Institute of the Qur’an and Hadith with the Department of Islamic Studies and the Karbala Heritage Center
It was held simultaneously with the presence of researchers from the Research Institute of the Qur’an and Hadith in Iraq
According to the Public Relations Office of the Research Institute of the Qur’an and Hadith, and within the framework of the series of joint meetings between the Research Institute of the Qur’an and Hadith and the academic centers affiliated with the Holy Abbasid Shrine, a delegation of researchers and faculty members from the Institute, led by Hujjat al-Islam Dr. Seyed Ali Hosseinizadeh (Vice President for Research) and Hujjat al-Islam Dr. Shaban Nosrati (Director of International Affairs), met with the Head of the Department of Islamic Studies and Humanities affiliated with the Holy Abbasid Shrine, as well as with the Director of the Karbala Heritage Center.
During these meetings, reports on the scientific and research activities of both sides were presented, and opportunities for joint cooperation in organizing future seminars and scientific conferences were discussed. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of focusing on the heritage of Karbala as the central axis of these collaborations.
This academic partnership has been established with the aim of reviving the scientific and cultural heritage of Karbala and expanding interactions between research centers in Iran and Iraq. It is planned that, through joint programs, the scientific and historical capacities of this sacred city will be further introduced and promoted
